This policy applies to the two portraits submitted to Smalltown Boy AI Video, to its fixed-style AI dance videos and to all account activity. Creative video transformations require rights and consent; deceptive or unlawful uses are not allowed.

Consent and lawful inputs
Only upload photos you are authorized to use and only depict people whose likenesses you have the required permission to use. Do not bypass another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property or other rights. The supplied dance reference is a service-controlled input and does not give users third-party music or source-video rights.
Pornography and NSFW
Do not create or request sexual acts, pornographic or sexually explicit AI media, non-consensual intimate depictions, sexual exploitation, or any prohibited adult/NSFW material. This is a general-audience dance-video product, not an adult-content service.
Child-unsafe content (CSAM)
Do not create graphic gore, torture, dismemberment, severe violence or content that glorifies or meaningfully enables violent abuse, threatening conduct or exploitation.
Hate and targeted harassment
Do not generate or distribute hateful threats, dehumanizing portrayals or targeted abuse against protected groups or individuals, or content that encourages unlawful discrimination, threats or harassment.
Child-unsafe content
Do not upload, create, request or distribute sexualized depictions of minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation or other child-unsafe content. The service is intended for adults.
Unauthorized deepfakes and impersonation
Consensual creative identity-based videos may be used only with the necessary permissions. Do not make non-consensual real-person likeness replacements, misleading endorsements, identity fraud or videos falsely portraying someone as saying or doing something to deceive, intimidate, harass or violate their rights. Label synthetic media where required.
Copyright, trademarks and other rights
Do not use inputs or distribute outputs in ways that infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights. Obtain all necessary permissions for uploaded portraits, additional uses of generated media and any third-party material.
Fraud, malicious activity and circumvention
No scams, phishing, fraudulent advertising, deceptive commercial uses, illegal defamation, doxxing, malware, credential abuse, mass automated misuse, account-sharing to evade limits or attempts to bypass moderation and other safety controls.
Automated and human safety controls
We use automated review of user-provided portrait inputs and provider-side content safety measures. We may hold, refuse or restrict requests or outputs and investigate reports. Human review or additional screening may be applied where operationally appropriate; safety systems may miss violations. We do not claim every generated video receives a separate, independent output-video scan at this stage.
Reporting prohibited use
Send suspected abuse, non-consensual likeness concerns, rights claims or harmful media reports to support@smalltownboyaivideo.app, with the relevant generation/account reference, explanation and evidence reasonably needed for investigation. Avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.
Enforcement measures
Depending on circumstances, we may reject a request, restrict access, withhold or remove violating content where supported, investigate suspected misuse, suspend accounts and preserve evidence when legally necessary. We may cooperate with lawful requests and review actions based on risk and applicable law.
Appeals and policy updates
If you believe a restriction or content-safety decision was mistaken, email support@smalltownboyaivideo.app with enough details to review it. We may uphold, modify or reverse the decision where appropriate. This policy may be updated as the service or applicable rules change.
