Our digital AI video service offers one-time video packs; no physical products are shipped. This policy explains delivery, purchase errors, failed generation Credits and refund requests under applicable consumer law.

What is delivered
This is a digital AI video-generation service without physical shipping. One-time packages provide 1, 3 or 5 video Credits at $9.99, $19.99 or $29.99 respectively. Each Credit covers one 20-second vertical generation. Credits are granted after verified payment; completed videos can be previewed privately and downloaded as MP4.
General refund approach
We review requests based on the purchased digital service, delivery evidence, usage, the cause of the issue and applicable law. Properly delivered and consumed digital generation services are not automatically refundable merely because a user changes their mind. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer rights.
Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts and non-delivery
If a paid transaction is duplicated, charged incorrectly or confirmed without delivery of the purchased entitlement or usable result due to a verified service failure, contact support@smalltownboyaivideo.app. We will investigate and may correct the entitlement, offer a reasonable technical remedy or issue a refund where appropriate or legally required. A failed or stuck generation is not treated as successful fulfillment solely because the external API accepted the task.
Generated-video failures and material mismatches
AI video rendering is probabilistic, and minor stylistic differences are expected. However, reports of severe failure, an unusable output or a material difference from the purchased service description—including a persistent failure to represent one of the two submitted people—can be reviewed with generation records. Remedies may include investigation, a replacement generation when mutually agreed, restored paid entitlement or refund where appropriate. We do not promise automatic free reruns or reject all complaints merely because a provider returned a success status.
One-time orders and any future subscriptions
Our video packs are one-time purchases and never renew automatically. We do not sell a recurring subscription. Any future recurring offer would require separate advance disclosure of price, renewal and cancellation terms.
Unused and consumed value
One-time packs grant 1, 3 or 5 video-generation Credits after verified payment. Unused Credits do not expire and are not cash. A confirmed failed generation restores a charged generation Credit; successful delivery and unused entitlements may be handled differently when reviewing a payment refund, subject to applicable law.
How to request help or a refund
Email support@smalltownboyaivideo.app with the account email, purchase/order reference if available, task or generation reference and a short description of the issue. Screenshots may help. Do not email complete card details, security codes or passwords. Refund requests will be evaluated against the actual offer and relevant records.
Payment method, timing and statutory rights
If a refund is approved after paid checkout launches, it will normally be processed through the original Waffo payment method or other applicable provider process. Bank and provider processing times may vary. Mandatory consumer protections remain effective regardless of these terms; any policy changes will be dated.
