How your video pack works
Each one-time pack provides 1, 3 or 5 video-generation credits. Once checkout is enabled and a payment is confirmed, the credits will be added to your signed-in account. One credit funds one 20-second, 480p, vertical 9:16 generation. You choose two photos and start each video yourself. Successful results can be previewed and downloaded as MP4 files.
Clear delivery. A real support channel.
This is a digital video service with no physical shipping. Contact us about a duplicate charge, incorrect charge, missing credits or a failed delivery. We review the transaction and correct or refund verified issues according to our policy.

Are these subscriptions?
No. The $9.99, $19.99 and $29.99 video packs are one-time purchases for 1, 3 and 5 video generations. They do not renew automatically.
Can I pay or generate right now?
Prices and package details are published. Checkout and the public Generate button remain disabled until payment and product activation are complete.
What if generation fails?
If a generation fails or a result is missing, keep your task reference and contact support. We review delivery failures, duplicate charges and billing errors under our Refund & Digital Delivery Policy; a connection interruption alone does not establish failure.
Do unused video credits expire?
No. Unused one-time-pack video credits do not expire. Credits are units of generation service, not cash, and generated files are not guaranteed to remain stored forever; download your MP4.
